Week of December 4- 8
What’s Happened:
This week we were very engaged with getting prepared for the Lower Elementary Santa Shop. Students worked very hard to wrap presents, organize stations, and transform the classroom into a store. This year we raised $ 683.00 that will go towards the “Food Cupboard” to purchase fresh food in our local community. Students are proud of all their hard work. Way to go guys!

Next Week:
Next week we have a busy week booked. On Thursday we will be singing Christmas carols to seniors at Springdale Nursing Home. This is highly enjoyed by the residents and students alike. Students also look forward to visiting one-on-one with the seniors and having a little snack. Next Friday we will be visiting CHEX TV where we will have a tour and learn about how the news gets made. We are very excited!
Tip/Reminder:
Please ensure students come prepared for the cold weather, especially with hats and mitts. It is very windy on our yard!
